Inherent within all levels of leadership is the universal paradox where great Leaders find the way to have both a presence of Powerful Presence and at the same time embody Personal Humility.

This poses the challenge of the need to provide their personal best while simultaneously creating the space for others to bring in their own personal best. There exists the challenge to find the way to influence this space without crowding it.
